He has personally started, bought and sold more than 60+ companies across over 20+ different industries, owning and operating 4-6 companies at any one time. He buys companies, makes them more efficient and/or scales them and sells them for higher multiples and profits.
He is a serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, and public speaker with 25+ years of experience. Arturo has real-life, in-the-trenches business experience as a Serial Entrepreneur and C-Level Executive across 20 industries, 10 countries while living in 6.
Earlier in his career, Arturo worked at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, and KPMG in mergers & acquisitions, participating in 70+ deals.
Arturo has raised over $100M in debt and equity, managed 2,000+ employees, and even taken a company public in the U.S.

As an Executive, he led the integration and restructuring of a bloated State Owned Oil and Gas Company’s procurement function, spread out across 123 purchasing units across 4 independent multi-billion operating subsidiaries with over 4,000 employees including a recalcitrant “union”, into an efficient centralized procurement division accomplishing the “buy in” from and in the process achieved over $2.5 billion in savings in just 18months.
He also led the restructuring and corporate takeover through a proxy fight of another $100+ million company that had all the makings of a Hollywood movie, and took it Public as the “cherry on the cake”.

Arturo has 3 Master’s degrees, an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Double Masters (Double MA) in International Relations and Communications from Boston University which has allowed to center his expertise in Leadership, Management and Strategy with a balance for Effective Communication in national and International backdrops.
In his insatiable quest to understand people and success, Arturo became Certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and as a Life Coach with a successful coaching business.
Arturo has also taught at the Graduate and Undergraduate level teaching varied themes from Corporate Finance, to Strategic Negotiations, to the Evaluations of Investment Projects to Geopolitics.
Arturo has travelled extensively throughout the US, Europe, South America, Africa and Asia and speaks 3 languages (English, Spanish, French) fluently.
