With over two and a half decades of Business Coaching and Consulting, Speaking, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience as a Serial Entrepreneur and C-Level Executive across 18 industries, 10 countries while living in 6, his view is radically different.
As a serial entrepreneur, Arturo has started, bought and sold over 55 companies across 18 different industries over the past 25+ years. He has successfully raised $100s of millions of dollars in debt and equity from banks, venture capitalists and investors for his own businesses as well as third parties while managing over 2,000 employees combined.

As an Executive, he led the integration and restructuring of a bloated State Owned Oil and Gas Company’s procurement function, spread out across 123 purchasing units across 4 independent multi-billion operating subsidiaries with over 4,000 employees including a recalcitrant “union”, into an efficient centralized procurement division accomplishing the “buy in” from and in the process achieved over $2.5 billion in savings.
He also led the restructuring and corporate takeover through a proxy fight of another $100+ million company that had all the makings of a Hollywood movie, and took it Public as the “cherry on the cake”.
Companies such as: KPMG, Statoil, BP, Merrill Lynch, Proctor and Gamble, Bank of America, General Electric, The Associates, Pemex, Integrated Solutions, Goldman Sachs, Citibank to name a few have worked directly with Arturo.
Arturo is the Best Selling Author of Buy Yourself Into Entrepreneurship and Leading High Performing Teams. He is in the process of publishing his new book, Synergistic Leadership: Back To Basics.
Arturo has 3 Master’s degrees, an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Double Masters (Double MA) in International Relations and Communications from Boston University which has allowed to center his expertise in Leadership, Management and Strategy with a balance for Effective Communication in national and International backdrops.
In his insatiable quest to understand people and success, Arturo became Certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and as a Life Coach with a successful coaching business.
Arturo has also taught at the Graduate and Undergraduate level teaching varied themes from Corporate Finance, to Strategic Negotiations, to the Evaluations of Investment Projects to Geopolitics.
Arturo has travelled extensively throughout the US, Europe, South America, Africa and Asia and speaks 3 languages fluently.
